Sheppard Adventure Day 1

So, the one thing I have to complain about is that my TV is fucked. I'm supposed to be watching the Simpsons, but there is no FOX network TV, and so I'm watching the new Futurama. I'm unimpressed.

So, my day:
0330 Wake up.
0400 Leave Beach House
0500 Wait in line for 30 minutes...my baggage weighed 49 pounds. The lady at American Airlines asked if I had a scale. I told her no I was simply confined to the size of a well built piece of luggage. Witty.
0530 Eat Bacon and egg crossantwitch from Burger King.
0545 Board Plane - I got upgraded to FIRST CLASS!!! Free Mimosas!
0645 Plane Take off!

Um...arrived at Dallas around Noon, and didn't eat anything, just sat there reading like for 4 hours.

So, I'm reading this book, "Big Boy Rules," It's about Gov't Contractors in Iraq. Pretty interesting so far. I'm pretty sure I'll finish it in the next couple of days.

Arrived at Wichita Falls around 4pm, took a 9 dollar cab ride to Sheppard AFB, and got to my hotel room around 5.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had a Blackened Chicken Salad for Dinner.

Now, I'm all tired and I'm going to bed early so I can get up and workout with Guzman. I wish I could upload this picture I'm trying to share. I'll have some time to figure it out tomorrow, I'm sure.

PS - For some reason, the terror level is high in Wichita Falls, TX. Watch for terrorists.
